  • Influencers/Streamers: Individuals or sole traders providing content for distribution via our platform.

  • Company Representatives: Employees or authorized agents acting on behalf of a corporate entity (Business Partner).

2. Categories of Personal Data We Process

Depending on your role, we process the following data categories:

A. For Influencers & Content Creators:

  • Identity & Contact Data: Full name, alias/channel name, professional email, phone number.

  • Verification Data: Commercial register numbers, Tax Identification Numbers (VAT ID/Tax ID), and other professional registry data required for compliance and invoicing.

  • Financial & Payout Data: Bank account details (IBAN/SWIFT), wallet addresses, transaction history, and billing address.

  • Technical & Usage Data: IP address, stream keys, RTMP URLs, device information, activity logs, and analytics regarding your channel performance.

B. For Company Representatives (B2B):

  • Professional Contact Info: Full name, job title, department, business email address, and business phone number.

  • Relationship Data: Communication history, meeting notes, and details regarding the contractual relationship between your company and us.

Requirement to Provide Data: Providing your personal data is generally voluntary. However, providing your Identity, Verification, Financial, and Technical Data is a contractual requirement necessary to establish a partnership, publish content, and receive payouts. If you fail to provide this data, we will be unable to enter into a partnership with you or process your payments.

3. Purposes of Processing

We process your data strictly for the following purposes:

  1. Partnership Management & Verification: To establish business relationships, validate your business status (KYB), and confirm your status as an authorized Streamer/Partner.

  2. Service Provision & Publication: To provide access to technical resources, generate technical credentials (e.g., stream keys), and make your public profile and content accessible to viewers on the platform.

  3. Financial Execution: To calculate revenue, process payouts, issue invoices, and handle tax reporting.

  4. Security & Fraud Prevention: To detect unauthorized access, prevent "stream ripping," monitor for fraudulent traffic (bot detection), and ensure network stability.

  5. Compliance: To comply with anti-money laundering (AML), sanctions screening, and tax retention obligations.

  6. B2B Communication: To send technical alerts, service updates, and partnership proposals.

Automated Fraud Detection & Decision-Making: We utilize automated systems to identify fraudulent activity (e.g., bot traffic, unauthorized re-streaming). In certain cases, this may result in automatic account restriction to protect the platform. You have the right to contest such decisions and request a human review by contacting us.

4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR & UK GDPR)

We process your personal data based on the following legal grounds:

  • Performance of a Contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): Processing is necessary to fulfill the Partnership Agreement (e.g., to publish your stream and pay you) or to take steps prior to entering into a contract.

  • Legal Obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): For tax reporting (retaining invoices), AML checks, and responding to law enforcement requests.

  • Legitimate Interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR):

    • To prevent fraud and ensure the security of our IT systems.

    • To manage business relationships with B2B partners.

    • To defendlegalclaims.

  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): Where explicitly requested (e.g., for specific optional marketing communications).

5. Transfer and Disclosure of Data

We share data only with essential third parties acting on our behalf:

  • Payment & Financial Providers: Banks and fintech providers to execute payouts and invoicing.

  • IT Infrastructure: Cloud hosting providers and Content Delivery Networks (CDNs) necessary to broadcast your content globally.

  • Professional Advisors: Auditors, lawyers, and tax consultants.

  • Authorities: Regulators, tax authorities, or law enforcement agencies if required by applicable law.

International Transfers: We utilize technical infrastructure (e.g., cloud hosting, CDNs) that may be located outside the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom. In such cases, we ensure protection through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or by relying on Adequacy Decisions.

6. RetentionPeriods

  • Partner Data: Retained for the duration of the active business relationship.

  • Financial & Tax Data: Retained for the duration of statutory retention obligations applicable to us (e.g., under tax or commercial laws).

  • Technical Logs: Retained as long as necessary to ensure the security, integrity, and stability of our platform.

7. Your Rights

Subject to applicable data protection laws, you have the right to:
