How to Delete Your Account

Choose the method that works best for you.

In-App Deletion

1 Open the Great Bloop app on your device.
2 Go to Profile → Settings.
3 Tap Delete Account.
4 Confirm your choice. Your account and personal data will be scheduled for deletion.

Data Deletion Details

We are transparent about what data is deleted and what is retained for legal reasons.

Fully Deleted — Permanently Removed

The following data is physically erased from our systems — files and database records are hard-deleted.

✓ User avatar (file + database record)

✓ Influencer promo video (file + database record)

✓ Social media metrics, demographics & geo-demographics

✓ OAuth tokens of all linked social accounts

✓ Push notification tokens (Expo)

✓ Session tokens (Sanctum)

✓ System notifications

✓ Influencer portfolio and services

✓ Advertiser cart

✓ Organization memberships

Anonymized — Records Remain, Identity Removed

The following records are kept for platform integrity, but all personal identifiers are anonymized (name → "Deleted User", email/phone cleared).

✓ User account (email/phone cleared, name anonymized)

✓ Influencer / Advertiser profile (name anonymized)

✓ Connected social media accounts

✓ Financial account

✓ Payout requests

✓ Platform agreement

✓ Organization (if you were the last member)

Retained — Operational & Legal Reasons

The following data is not deleted because it is tied to financial records, campaign integrity, or legal obligations.

✓ Financial transaction history (tax/accounting compliance)

✓ Campaign participation records (financial obligations)

✓ Offers (status changed to "Declined")

✓ Campaign change history (audit trail)

✓ Correspondence / messages (linked to campaigns, not user)

Retained data is no longer linked to your personal identity. It is used exclusively for operational, audit, and legal compliance purposes and will be handled in accordance with our data retention policy.
